Grand Dell

Since 1993, the Grand Dell Homeowner’s Association has been managed by a Board selected from lot owners. The Board has 9 members who each agree to serve for 3-year terms. Elections are held during the Annual Meeting in the fall with 3 members elected each year. Please meet your current Board Members:
 

Aaron Redecker: Aaron is married to Kami and has two children (Madi, Maxdon). He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and currently a Project Manager for a commercial drywall contractor. The Redeckers love this neighborhood and are excited to get to know their neighbors. He joined the Board in 2015 and looks forward to serving all those in the community as part of the Board.

Kevin Regal: Kevin moved to Grand Dell in 2008. He is married to Megan, and they have a son (Colton) and 3 daughters (Sydney, Piper, and Keira). Kevin home schools their children. Megan is a nurse practitioner. Kevin has served on the HOA board since 2011 and as treasurer since 2012. He has enjoyed helping the Board because it allows him to meet so many fellow Grand Dell residents.
 

Joan Simunic: Joan built her home in 1992 when relocating to area from Chicago. She is married to Allan, and has two teenaged children (Lilly, Nate). Joan is an attorney with a private practice handling mainly small business matters (business registration, agreements/contracts, employment issues, patents and trademarks). She served on Board in 1994 – 1996, and from 2010 – present, chairing the Restrictions Committee and serving as president.
 

Adam Springer: Adam and his wife Abbie moved to Grand Dell in 2009 with their 3 children. They are both graduates of the Un. of Louisville and liked the area so much they decided to stay after getting married. In addition to being the “official taxi cab service” for their kids, Adam is a library media specialist and school technology coordinator for Oldham County School District. He joined the Board to help contribute to the neighborhood in a positive way. Adam believes building community is an important aspect to life and there is no better way than to serve.

The Board’s main function is to manage the maintenance of the commonly-owned property in Grand Dell. In addition, we try to ensure compliance with the Deed Restrictions, ensure the safety of our residents, and to help you out with many of the problems you might encounter in the community.
